We provide full training on all our solutions for all levels of staff within the organisation. Training delivery includes:
- Online (via the Internet)
- Classroom based at our offices in central London.
- Classroom at clients' premises
- One-to-one (either at the client or our offices)
Training includes Joomla 1.5 and 1.6 e.g:
- Downloading installing and configuring Joomla
- Login on to the Joomla Administrator area and going through each of the items in the Admin Control Panel, (short-cuts and menu items)
- Going through examples of the extensions installed (Plug Ins and Modules)
- Going through the active Template, reviewing the ‘Positions’, graphics, etc.
- Looking at the Metadata/Keywords against the content of Articles, etc. with consideration to SEO, etc.
- Look at various other available Extensions, Templates, etc. with a view to possibly updating the site
- Look through the hosting set-up, including:
o Directory structure and working with FTP packages (e.g. FileZilla)
o Control Panel functions
o Backing up/restoring Joomla files
o Extracting the database for backup/relocation
o Importing back into a blank database
